Cashmere shawls were first hand woven in Kashmir in the 16th Century.  The fine artisanal spinning and weaving traditions continue in Kani and other villages in Kashmir, India. This is a forever classic made with softest natural brown changra cashmere, sourced from Ladakh. which is hand spun and woven in a traditional Kashmiri weave and hand embroidered with silk that requires three months of work by the weaver. Hand made in Kashmir, India.  This is an ultra soft classic that will endure for decades.
